今回は実用的なGO-JEKアプリについてご紹介したいと思います。
このアプリには様々なサービスが付随していて、Go-Car、Go-Food、Go-Send、Go-Cleanなどがあります。
私は、Go-Carサービスを利用したことがあるのでGo-Carについて説明したいと思います。

Go-Carは、タクシーのようなものですが、タクシーよりも安く便利に活用することができます。
まず、Go-Carメニューに私たちの位置と目的地を入力します。
そうすると、自分の現在地に最も近いドライバーが来てくれます。
私のもとに来てくれたドライバーは非常にフレンドリーな人でした。
このアプリでは、１ｍあたりの価格が決まっているので、安心です。

次に、Go-Foodサービスについてお話ししたいと思います。
自分の代わりに飲食店に買い物に行ってくれるという便利なサービスです。
現在、インドネシアのほぼすべてのレストラン、食品店、フランチャイズ店が
このサービスを利用しており、私も愛用者です。
食べ物の注文の仕方はとても簡単です。
私の注文例としては「フライドチキン、ライス、ケバブ」をアプリから注文します。
フードメニューを選択した後、お店のそばにいるドライバーを見つけます。
ドライバーはアプリが勝手に検索をし、表示してくれます。
注文が確定したら、合計金額（購入費用＋配送費用を含む）等の予約詳細が表示されるので確認します。

利用したときに、ドライバーの対応も非常に良いと感じました。
予約の確認電話がドライバーからあるのですが、レストランの待ち時間が長い場合の報告や
品切れ時に他のメニューに変更するかなど親切に要望を聞いてくれました。
支払いも簡単です。現金またはGo Payで支払いが可能です。

このGo-Foodサービスは、外に食べ物を購入する時間がない人にとって非常に実用的です。
Go-Foodサービスの食品メニューは多様で寿司などの日本食もリストに入っています。

Go-Jekのタグライン「One App For You Needs」によれば、

Aplikasi GO-JEK yang Sangat Praktis

Dari banyaknya aplikasi on demand di Indonesia, salah satunya yang pernah saya gunakan adalah
aplikasi GO-Jek. Selain layanan ride-sharing, aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa fitur yang sangat
memudahkan aktivitas sehari-hari. Seperti layanan Go-Food, Go-Send, Go-Clean dan lainnya.
Saya pernah menggunakan layanan Go-Car, yaitu ride-sharing yang menggunakan mobil. Proses
matching dengan driver sangat mudah. Hanya tinggal memasukkan lokasi kita berada dan lokasi
tujuan. Saya sangat suka dengan layanan Go-Car ini, karena matching dengan driver terdekat dengan
lokasi kita jadi tidak perlu menunggu lama. Mobil yang digunakan juga sangat nyaman dan driver-nya
sangat ramah. Tarif Go-Car juga lebih murah dibandingkan dengan taksi konvensional. Karena
aplikasi ini menggunakan rate per-meter.
Selain layanan Go-Car, ada lagi layanan yang sangat populer yaitu Go-Food. Saya juga pernah
menggunakan layanan ini. Go-Food adalah layanan food delivery yang sangat praktis. Saat ini, hampir
semua restoran, kedai makanan, dan kedai franchise yang ada di Indonesia sudah terdaftar di layanan
Go-Food.
Cara pemesanan makanan pun mudah. Pilih menu Go-Food pada aplikasi GO-JEK, kemudian cari
makanan favorit Anda. Biasanya saya memesan satu porsi ayam goreng dan nasi atau makanan ringan
seperti kebab. Setelah memilih menu makanan, selanjutnya adalah proses mencari driver yang ada
disekitar lokasi penjual makanan tersebut. Proses pencarian driver ini otomatis dipilihakn oleh pihak
GO-Jek. Setelah fix dengan pesanan kita, akan muncul rincian pemesanan yang berisi total pembelian
dan biaya deliverynya.
Respon driver pada layanan Go-Food ini juga baik, biasanya mereka akan menelepon dan
mengkonfirmasi pesanan kita. Jika pesanan kita sedang tidak ada, driver pun akan menanyakan
apakah mau diganti dengan menu lain atau tidak. Dan, jika antrian di restoran tempat menjual
makanan tersebut sangat panjang pun driver akan menginformasikan bahwa kita akan menunggu agak
lama. Metode pembayarannya juga mudah, bisa dengan cash atau Go-Pay.
Menu makanan yang terdaftar di layanan Go-Food sangat beragam, bahkan sushi dan masakan
Jepang lainnya pun ada.Layanan Go-Food ini sangat prakstis bagi orang-orang yang tidak memiliki
waktu untuk mengantri membeli makanan di luar. Atau pada saat kita sedang malas keluar rumah, kita
bisa dengan mudah mengakses layanan Go-Food. Overall, saya sangat puas dengan layanan Go-Food.
Sesuai dengan tagline nya ‘One App For All You Needs’ , Go-Jek benar-benar praktis dan
mendukung aktivitas sehari-hari.

The Practical GO-JEK App

Of the many applications on demand in Indonesia, one of which I have ever used is the GO-Jek app.
In addition to ride-sharing services, this application has several features that greatly facilitate daily
activities. Such as Go-Food, Go-Send, Go-Clean and other services.

I ever used　Go-Car services, which is a ride-sharing car. The matching process with drivers is very
easy, just put our location and our destination on the Go-Car menu. I really like this service, because
it’s matching with the nearest driver to our location, so the driver comes fast. The car is very
convenient and the driver is friendly. Go-Car fares are also cheaper than conventional taxis. Because
this app uses a rate per-meter.
Besides Go-Car services, there is another popular service called Go-Food. I've also used this
service. Go-Food is a very practical food delivery service. Currently, almost all restaurants, food
stalls, and franchise shops in Indonesia are already listed in Go-Food services.
It is easy to order the food, select Go-Food menu in GO-Jek app then search for your favorite food.
Usually I order one serving of fried chicken and rice or snacks like kebabs. After selecting the food
menu, the next is the process of finding drivers that exist around the location of the food vendor. The
driver searching process is automatically selected and matched by GO-Jek. After the order is fixed,
there will appear the booking details containing the total purchase and delivery costs.
The driver response on Go-Food service is also good, usually they will call us to confirm our order.
If your order is not available, the driver will ask if you want to be replaced with another menu or not.
And, if the queue at the restaurant is very long any driver will inform us that we will wait a bit longer.
Payment method is also easy, we can pay with cash or Go-Pay.
The food menu listed in the Go-Food service is very diverse, even the sushi and other Japanese
dishes are on the list. This Go-Food service is very practical for people who do not have time to queue
to buy food outside. Or when we're lazy to go out of the house, we can easily access the Go-Food
service. Overall, I am very satisfied with Go-Food service. In accordance with its tagline 'One App
For All You Needs', Go-Jek is really practical and supports daily activities.
