パンデミックの間、各国はcovid-19の感染に対抗するために、感染を防ぐ独自の方法を考えてきました。スマートフォンからアクセスできるアプリなど、Covid-19に関連するさまざまなイノベーションが開始されました。Covid-19に陽性の人と接触したかどうかを検出するためのトラッカーアプリがいくつかあります。インドネシアでは、公衆衛生部門が多くの企業と協力して、Covid-19患者管理隔離監視アプリケーションを作成しています。今のところ、このアプリは首都ジャカルタでのみ実行されています。

Aplikasi Pemantauan Isolasi Pasien Terkendali Covid-19

　Selama pandemi berlangsung, setiap negara memiliki cara masing-masing untuk mengatasi dan mencegah penularan covid-19. Berbagai inovasi terkait covid-19 mulai diluncurkan, termasuk aplikasi yang bisa diakses melalui smartphone. Ada beberapa tracker aplikasi untuk mendeteksi apakah kita telah melakukan kontak dengan orang yang positif covid-19. Di Indonesia, Dinas Kesehatan bekerja sama dengan sejumlah perusahaan membuat aplikasi Pemantauan Isolasi Terkendali Pasien Covid-19. Untuk saat ini, aplikasi hanya dijalankan di ibukota yaitu Jakarta.

Aplikasi ini adalah Personal Activity Tracker, aplikasi ini diperuntukkan bagi pasien yang harus melakukan isolasi terkendali. Diantaranya, pasien dengan kriteria kontak erat, suspek, probable atau traveller. Pasien dengan kriteria tersebut diwajibkan secara mandiri melaporkan kondisi dan lokasinya setiap hari untuk membantu fasilitas kesehatan dan Pemprov DKI Jakarta dalam mengatasi pandemi.

Aplikasi Pemantauan Isolasi Terkendali Covid-19 ini bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa pasien yang melakukan isolasi terkendali di wilayah Jakarta baik di fasilitas yang disediakan Pemerintah maupun fasilitas lainnya, terpantau kondisi kesehatannya dan benar melakukan isolasi terkendali. Aplikasi ini menggunakan nomor telepon dan NIK (KTP) untuk proses pendaftarannya.

Aplikasi ini dapat diunduh di Android dan atau iOS. Fasilitas yang ada dalam aplikasi diantaranya, laporan harian kondisi pasien dan menu percakapan (chat) yang memungkinkan pasien berkomunikasi dengan petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas di wilayah tempat tinggalnya. Validasi menggunakan wajah pasien untuk mengatasi pemalsuan pelaporan identitas pasien 3 saat melaporkan kondisi kesehatan. Pelacakan waktu nyata yang berguna untuk melacak pergerakan pasien. Ada pula notifikasi pemberitahuan pasien baru yang mendaftar dan pemberitahuan membutuhkan tindakan. Menu geo tagging yang tersedia sangat membantu petugas untuk dapat melihat pergerakan pasien yang melakukan isolasi terkendali.

Melalui aplikasi ini petugas juga dimudahkan untuk pencatatan dan pelaporan kasus isolasi terkendali Covid-19. Mereka tidak perlu mencatat dan merekap laporan secara manual. Data juga bisa langsung terlaporkan ke Dinas Kesehatan DKI Jakarta. Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta berharap aplikasi ini bisa menjadi langkah strategis untuk menekan penyebaran Covid-19 di Indonesia, terutama ibukota Jakarta.

Covid-19 Isolation Monitoring Application

During the pandemic, each country has its own ways of dealing with and preventing the transmission of covid-19. Various innovations related to Covid-19 have been launched, including applications that can be accessed via smartphones. There are several tracker applications to detect whether we have been in contact with people who are positive for Covid-19. In Indonesia, the Public Health Department is working with a number of companies to create the Covid-19 Patient Controlled Isolation Monitoring application. For now, the application is only run in the capital city, Jakarta.

This application is a called Personal Activity Tracker, this application is for patients who have to perform controlled isolation. Among them are patients with the criteria of close contact, suspect, probable or traveler. Patients with these criteria are required to independently report their condition and location every day to help health facilities and the Jakarta Provincial Government in overcoming pandemic.

The Covid-19 Controlled Isolation Monitoring application aims to ensure that patients who carry out controlled isolation in the Jakarta area. Both in facilities provided by the Government and other facilities are monitoring their health conditions. And ensuring they properly carry out controlled isolation.  This application uses a telephone number and Identity Card Number for the registration process.

This application can be downloaded on Android and or iOS. The features in the application include daily reports on the patient’s condition. And a chat menu that allows patients to communicate with health center the area where they live. Validation uses the patient’s face to overcome falsification of reporting patient identities when reporting health conditions. Real-time tracking features is useful for tracking patient movements. There are also notifications for new patients who have registered and notifications requiring action. The geo tagging menu is very helpful for officers to be able to see the movement of patients who are doing controlled isolation.

Through this application, health officers also make it easier to record and report cases of Covid-19 controlled isolation. They do not need to record and recap reports manually. Data can also be reported directly to the Jakarta Public Health Department. The Jakarta Public Health Department hopes that this application can be a strategic step to reduce the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, especially the capital city of Jakarta.
